What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

How often do you have release products?

We release products once a month. Follow @bonafidebricks on Instagram to stay up to date with sneak peaks of upcoming products and product release times so you don't miss out!

 

How soon will my order be delivered?

The United States Postal Service offers two regular mail delivery services, First Class and Priority Mail. First Class mail is typically delivered within two to eight business days for domestic orders, depending on the location. Priority Mail is typically delivered within two to five business days. This excludes international orders which take considerably longer and are harder to track when shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

 

How do I track my package?

We send tracking numbers via email to every customer as soon as a package ships. It may take up to 24 hours for these numbers to be initially updated within each respective carrier’s tracking system. To track standard shipment in the USA and international orders, please visit USPS.com with your tracking number.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

For most minifigure purchases shipping will be four dollars. However, shipping costs are based on size, weight, and final destination of the package. There are five shipping methods available for international orders which are USPS First Class International Mail, USPS Priority International Mail, UPS, and DHL. To configure these costs please fill your cart and go through the motions of checking-out to find out how much each option will cost. For all international orders, I strongly suggest shipping via USPS First Class (if you want to save money), UPS, or DHL, due to more accurate tracking information and insurance up to $200 USD.

Please note, depending on which country your order is shipping to there may be customs fees and duties associated with the successful delivery of your items.

Bona Fide Bricks is not responsible for any duty, customs fees, and local taxes for international shipments.

 

What customs fees can I expect if shipping internationally?

Customs fees and duties are determined by the country in which your package is shipping to. Please contact your local USPS post office to see what additional payments may be necessary to successfully retrieve your order. Please note; The Royal Mail will mark packages as delivered, when they are in fact waiting for the recipient to retrieve them from their local USPS/customs facility. There are also several websites which can give you estimations of customs fees associated with your shipment.

What if my order or set is missing a part or piece?

 How do I receive a refund?

Please email bonafidebricks@gmail.com with your invoice number and reasoning for refund and we will be happy to accommodate you in any way possible. 

 

What is your return policy?

Please email bonafidebricks@gmail.com prior to attempting a return. Once we have spoken with you regarding the return we will provide a return address to you.

We cannot issue returns for products that have been played with too hard and show signs of wear and tear or products that are not for sale in our current catalog.

If you wish to return a product please do so within 30 days.
